Winning Matters

At the Law Offices of Harry F. Bosen, Jr., we are focused on the skillful practice of law.  We pride ourselves in obtaining the best possible result in every single case we handle.  We have an excellent track record of winning excellent results for our clients, but don’t take our word for it!  You can read the reviews written by our clients on GoogleFacebook, and Lawyers.com.  You can also read about some of the firm’s more prominent and interesting case results here.

We are very familiar with the judges and prosecutors in the City of Salem, Roanoke City, Roanoke County, Montgomery County, and Botetourt County courts in which we practice.  We understand what their sentiments are on particular charges and what their requirements are in order to have successful outcomes in their courts.  Most outcomes that we win are excellent, including in cases where the facts are unfortunate and/or our client’s record is bad, because we understand what the judges and prosecutors in these courts will want to see done in a particular case.

Below are five key tenets that enable us to win for our clients.

Experience

There is no substitute for experience.  Many lessons necessary for the skillful practice of law cannot be learned in law school, but can only only be learned by experience.  Harry F. Bosen, Jr. has been practicing law for over 40 years, since 1975.

Goodwill

Over the years, attorney Harry F. Bosen, Jr. has built a strong reputation for honesty before our judges, fairness with law enforcement, and tenacity with prosecutors.  Our solid reputation and resulting goodwill enables us to interact and negotiate good outcomes for our clients in criminal and traffic cases when the evidence is insurmountable or cannot be challenged, and in civil and domestic cases when the parties are at such odds that any agreement whatsoever seems impossible.

Attorneys Work On Cases

Unlike many law firms, attorney Harry F. Bosen, Jr. directly performs the majority of the work on every case the firm handles.  Unlike many firms, our clients spend as much or more time speaking to Mr. Bosen than our secretaries and paralegals.

Time and Effort

There is no substitute for putting in the time and effort to do a job the right way.  We directly put in the time and effort required to work each and every case the right way, from big cases to small cases.  We will not take on a case unless we think we can help you and you allow us to put in the time necessary to handle it properly.

Charging the Right Fee

Unlike case mills, we do not offer unnecessarily cheap fees to lure new business.  We charge a fee that enables us to put in the time and effort required to properly handle any case we accept.  Our fees also reflect our experience of over forty years and the good results that we win for our clients on all types of criminal, traffic, and personal injury cases.  Less serious criminal cases in which the penalties are relatively minor typically warrant less work than more serious cases where the penalties are substantial.  Smaller civil cases typically warrant less time and effort than larger civil cases where more is at stake.  Simpler domestic cases typically warrant less work than more complex cases.  Either way, we put in the proper amount of time and effort to prepare our cases and charge a fee appropriate for the time necessary.
